     The vision of Homebody Fitness is simple.  We not only want to change the way people look, but we are more concerned with the way that they think.  We want fitness and a healthy diet to become a part of your lifestyle.  We want to educate you on the science of nutrition and exercise, so that you live a happy, healthy life.

Jason Greenhaw
Founder of Homebody Fitness

       Jason Greenhaw has been in the health and fitness field for over 9 years!  After graduating from high school, he attended Sam Houston State and studied Exercise Physiology.  While competing in many intramural sports at Sam Houston, he met and taught many individuals, which inspired him to start training full time.  Once he came back to the Humble area, he started working at Bally Total Fitness.  After 3 months of training for Bally's, he moved up to management.  While running the health club, he was responsible for all of the training that went on.  Jason was in the top 10 trainers in the city of Houston for nearly 2 straight years, and in March of 2003 was named in the top 20 trainers in the Nation.  In January of 2005 Jason left the corporate fitness world and started HOMEBODY FITNESS.  He started training in homes and quickly had a full schedule of clients.  He now owns a private training studio in Kingwood, Tx and is enjoying every minute of training.  With over 500 clients that have benefited from Jason, he has logged over 20,000 training hours. He has many nationally recognized certifications along with being certified in flexibility and sports nutrition.  With clients ranging from 12 to 85, CEO's to stay-at-home mom's, professional and amateur athletes. Jason loves seeing people's lives change for the better, not only physically, but mentally, emotionally, and spiritually as well.

Justin Wythe
Head Personal Trainer
 
     Justin Wythe is a health and fitness professional with 5+ years of hands on experience. Justin brings with him the knowledge and work ethic which gives his clients incredible results. As General Manager and Head Trainer of a national fitness franchise, he was responsible for the day to day operations of the club. He also took on select clients other trainers deem either “too hard” or “too difficult” to train. Through his expertise, dedication and encouragement, these “lost causes” experienced not only improvements in their health, but life changing transformations. Realizing his passion for helping others, Justin is now dedicating his full attention to work one on one with clients. Justin holds National Certifications as a Personal Fitness Trainer and Zumba instructor.

Wendy McWhorter:
Personal Trainer
 
     Wendy has been an avid fitness enthusiast since her invlovement in competive sports and gymnastics throughout high school and college.  She has led numerous fitness and conditioning classes through Rowland Ballard School of Dance and Gymnastics in Kingwood, Texas.  Her broad experience in fitness training, from children to competitive college athletes, makes her a great fit for anyone's needs.  She has a recognized certification in personal training and serves a broad clientelle through Homebody Fitness.  Wendy seeks to insure their total health through varied training ranging from weight circuits to
kyaking.  Wendy is an encourager who develops sincere relationships with her clients, believing with them for the achievement of not only fitness but life
goals.

Nicholas Bjora:

Personal Trainer

 

     Nicholas has been involved in health and nutrition for over 12 years. From the Marines where he received high honors to the YMCA,where as a trainer he instructed proper use of equipment, muscle stabilization, body alignment and execution. Nick has always loved physical fitness. He has enjoyed years of helping others achieve there highest fitness level. Nick holds a National Certification and is CPR certified. and is looking to bring his expertise to the Houston Area.

Chad Barnes
Personal Trainer
 
     Chad is a graduate of Professional Fitness Training Association and currently working on his International Sports Science Association(ISSA) certification. He has been involved in fitness most of his life and has wanted to be a trainer since high school.  Chad has been working one on one with clients for over a year and was held responsible for day to day operations or several fitness centers.  He takes joy and pride in helping other improve and change their life's in the most effective and safest way possible. Chad believes that any one can reach there goals in life it just takes a little Hard Work.

Allana Manning:
Liscensed Massage Therapist
 
     During the past 3 years Allana has been administering clinical massage in the offices of a Houston Chiropractor.  She has demonstrated her skill and has had noteworthy success in the rehabilitation of common musculature ailments such as sciatica, migraine and tension headaches as well as upper/lower, shoulder and neck pain.  She is well versed on the physiology and anatomy of the body with respect to clinical massage.  Allana has been serving as a massage therapist for one of the MS-150 teams for the past three years.  Allana is certified in Trigger Point Therapy as well as Reflexology.
