Whether you are working out by yourself, with a
partner, or with a lot of friends, Homebody Fitness has a plan to fit your needs.
All sessions consist of a 60 minute workout which
includes a 10 minute trainer assisted stretch.
The Introductory session* consists of a fitness
assessment. Several tests are conducted including:

measurements, and bodyfat % (if desired)

cardio stress test

resting heart rate, target and max heart rate
We take your RMR (resting metabolic rate), along with information
on your lifestyle, to get you set up on a nutrition plan just right for you.
We also go over a plan to get you exercising
on the days that we don't meet. It can be as simple as walking around your block, and if you belong to a gym, you will
have a written plan that tells you exactly what you need to do, designed for you to reach your goals.
