Being laid off usually signifies somewhat of a downward spiral or at least a loss of motivation. In my case, it seemed to be just that. I had worked at the same place for 6 years, and was suddenly laid off May 21, 2010. While talking to a friend about an uneventful job search she tells me "I have something you could do while your looking for a job, but it will be tough." She explained she had participated in Jasons "Extreme Team Challenge" and won some sessions with Jason. Donating these hours to me saved my life. I was nervous and scared, but knew I had to do something, I didn't want to die. I weighed a 530 before my first workout. I had struggled with obesity my entire life.
I began my "Journey with Jason" June 4th 2010. Jason made my initial workout and assessment virtually painless. (though the fat-pincher is feared by many =) Jason gave me a detailed "Real People" diet to follow. I began eating 2300 calories a day, and worked out at my house twice a week with Jason. I could barely do any cardio, most if not all of my workouts were sitting routines, and I could barely walk 3 minutes without stopping. I was on a mission, and I FINALLY felt I had someone on my side. He knew what to say, what to do, what I could and could not do. Jason made the process of me changing my life an enjoyable experience. And we all know change is hard!
Fast-forward 11 months, and I'm working out 6 days a week; 3 days at the gym with Jason. I can walk now for at least 30 minutes without stopping, I dont struggle to breathe, and I've lost 127 pounds. I feel fantastic! I'm not finished either, I feel too good now to not continue. I am "forever transformed" and owe my life to Jason.

My daughter has struggled with her weight and her eating habits for many years - we had tried every diet you can think of - but it was  clear that she needed more than just a diet - she needed a lifestyle  change.  She never enjoyed working out - and the extra weight made it  even more difficult for her to do the things she wanted to do.  So  right before she started her freshman year of high school - I found  Jason!  She loved him from the moment she met him.  He gave her an  exercise and diet program to follow and the results have been unbelievable.  In the past 4 months she has lost 20 pounds, 20 inches, and over 7% body fat.  She's gone down 3 dress sizes, 2 jean sizes, and now wears a Medium top instead of and XL!  The best part though  has been watching the transformation of not only her body, but her  mind.  She is happier, more self-confident, and more at peace than  ever before.  Jason is just part of the family now - whether he wants  to be or not!!  There are no words to adequately express my  appreciation for what Jason and Homebody Fitness have done for my  daughter - she actually feels like the beautiful girl we have always known she is!!!

My Name is Cherri Crandall...I came to Home Body Fitness through Jessica Greenhaw.  I saw the transformation in her and wanted to experience the same results.  I am a 51 year old woman who has always battled weight issues.  I've been on many diet programs over the years, ranging from diet pills to the popular weight loss programs, including Jenny Craig, Weight Watchers & Quick Weight Loss Centers.  I've been on extreme diet programs such as eating only fish and fresh vegies all natural products, no preservatives, etc.  Some worked, most moderately but non worked long term.
 
When I began working with Jason, I weighed 189lbs and after 111/2 weeks, I've lost 25lbs and a total of 19 1/2 in.  I feel better than I've ever felt in my adult life and am in better shape now than I was in high school.  I'm simply stunned at the things I've been able to accomplish. For me this is not just a means to loose weight but rather a total life change and life commitment. 
 
In addition to the obvious physical changes in the weight loss, my physical health has also greatly improved.  In 2003 I broke my back in 2 places.  Since then I've had multiple surgeries and pain treatments but was left with constant pain in my lower back.  I've also developed severe pain in my hips with the back pain being redirected to the hips.  If I sat, no matter what kind of chair or couch, more than 15 minutes, I couldn't stand and walk without terrible pain and difficulty standing up.  I was hesitant when beginning working out that I would not be able to do most of the exercises or would be in worse pain, however, just the opposite!  I am stronger, pain free and have amazed myself at the strength that has been built in my back through the exercises.  I am the worship pastor at my church and we've just finished our huge Christmas production, usually after a long production I can barely walk and the pain in my back is off the charts.  This was the first time that I had zero back pain during and after spending 16-17hrs a day on my feet. My feet hurt more than anything!  I also have diverticulitis and the diet that Jason has prescribed for me has improved my intestinal and digestive health as well.  It's a double bonus!
 
I can't say enough about Home Body Fitness...it's completely changed my life and added years to it!  


 I have lost over 65 lbs. working out with Jason.  It has changed my life.  His constant motivation really keeps me on track.  He has a way of calling me right when I am feeling weak.  I went from no exercise to now I compete in triathlons.  I couldn't have done it without him.

     I started working out with Jason nearly a year ago in preparation to compete in Spain at the 2006 World Karate Championships. I weighed nearly 220 lbs, but I knew I needed to loose weight to compete. At the time my goal was to fight in the + 190 lb bracket (I weighed in officially at 202lbs). Jason helped me get to my goal weight in the short amount of time that I gave him. I ended up 16th overall in the world in my weight bracket, but I found that I did not balance out height and weight compared to the other fighters. Upon my return Jason and I worked on a diet and exercise program to get me down to the – 187lbs weight bracket (I officially weighed in at 187lbs) for US trials. I have improved my cardio and muscle mass thanks to the program that Jason set up for me. I qualified this year for the U.S. Martial Arts Team for 2 divisions that were out of my reach last year. I am currently training for the 2007 World Karate Championships in Karlsruhe, Germany. I believe I truly have a chance to bring home the Gold in fighting and Shotokan.

     I have been overweight for many years.  When I first met with Jason, I was very encouraged to begin my workouts.  He is very motivational and encourages me to reach my full potential every workout.  I have lost over 80 lbs and am still going. Jason is a nice guy and very caring person.  I couldn't have done a better thing for both my physical and mental condition than to hire Jason as my personal trainer. 

     I've never felt better in my life.  Homebody Fitness has made getting in shape and feeling healthy easier than ever.  With my customized diet and exercise program, not reaching my goal isn't even an option.
    
 
 
 
     Based on my experience with other trainers, Jason is an outstanding personal trainer. Not only is he personable and friendly but he is extremely professional.  His sessions are punctual and varied, you will never be bored or have to wait around for him to show up.  He finds out what the client needs, and then provides it.  I have enjoyed our time together and would recommend him without hesitation.
 
     I have lost over 60 lbs. with Jason.  I would never have kept going without his continuing support.  I have had some setbacks that have really made me want to sit down and just quit.  Health problems continue to plague me, but he just won't let me give up.  Thank God!  He is patient and will just keep on working with me and eventually, we will win this battle.  I feel better with each session and even if I don't get a lot done, he won't give up on me.  Thanks Jason!

     I had tried every diet, workout regime, and pill there was.  Nothing seemed to work for me.  I met with Jason for the first time and he explained what was really happening with my body.  So now I workout more efficiently, eat properly, and the wt. is steadily coming off.  Thanks, Jason.
