Being laid off usually signifies
somewhat of a downward spiral or at least a loss of motivation. In my case, it seemed to be just that. I had worked at the
same place for 6 years, and was suddenly laid off May 21, 2010. While talking to a friend about an uneventful job search she
tells me "I have something you could do while your looking for a job, but it will be tough." She explained she had participated
in Jasons "Extreme Team Challenge" and won some sessions with Jason. Donating these hours to me saved my life. I was nervous
and scared, but knew I had to do something, I didn't want to die. I weighed a 530 before my first workout. I had struggled
with obesity my entire life.
I began my "Journey with Jason"
June 4th 2010. Jason made my initial workout and assessment virtually painless. (though the fat-pincher is feared by many
=) Jason gave me a detailed "Real People" diet to follow. I began eating 2300 calories a day, and worked out at my house twice
a week with Jason. I could barely do any cardio, most if not all of my workouts were sitting routines, and I could barely
walk 3 minutes without stopping. I was on a mission, and I FINALLY felt I had someone on my side. He knew what to say, what
to do, what I could and could not do. Jason made the process of me changing my life an enjoyable experience. And we all know
change is hard!
Fast-forward 11 months, and I'm
working out 6 days a week; 3 days at the gym with Jason. I can walk now for at least 30 minutes without stopping, I dont struggle
to breathe, and I've lost 127 pounds. I feel fantastic! I'm not finished either, I feel too good now to not continue. I am
"forever transformed" and owe my life to Jason.

My daughter has struggled with her weight

My
Name is Cherri Crandall...I came to Home Body Fitness through Jessica Greenhaw. I saw the transformation in her and
wanted to experience the same results. I am a 51 year old woman who has always battled weight issues. I've been
on many diet programs over the years, ranging from diet pills to the popular weight loss programs, including Jenny Craig,
Weight Watchers & Quick Weight Loss Centers. I've been on extreme diet programs such as eating only fish and fresh
vegies all natural products, no preservatives, etc. Some worked, most moderately but non worked long term. When
I began working with Jason, I weighed 189lbs and after 111/2 weeks, I've lost 25lbs and a total of 19 1/2 in. I feel
better than I've ever felt in my adult life and am in better shape now than I was in high school. I'm simply stunned
at the things I've been able to accomplish. For me this is not just a means to loose weight but rather a total life
change and life commitment. In addition to the obvious
physical changes in the weight loss, my physical health has also greatly improved. In 2003 I broke my back in 2 places.
Since then I've had multiple surgeries and pain treatments but was left with constant pain in my lower back. I've also
developed severe pain in my hips with the back pain being redirected to the hips. If I sat, no matter what kind of chair
or couch, more than 15 minutes, I couldn't stand and walk without terrible pain and difficulty standing up. I was hesitant
when beginning working out that I would not be able to do most of the exercises or would be in worse pain, however, just the
opposite! I am stronger, pain free and have amazed myself at the strength that has been built in my back through the
exercises. I am the worship pastor at my church and we've just finished our huge Christmas production, usually after
a long production I can barely walk and the pain in my back is off the charts. This was the first time that I had zero
back pain during and after spending 16-17hrs a day on my feet. My feet hurt more than anything! I also have diverticulitis
and the diet that Jason has prescribed for me has improved my intestinal and digestive health as well. It's a double
bonus! I can't say enough
about Home Body Fitness...it's completely changed my life and added years to it!
I have lost over 65 lbs. working out with Jason.
It has changed my life. His constant motivation really keeps me on track. He has a way of calling me right when
I am feeling weak. I went from no exercise to now I compete in triathlons. I couldn't have done it without him.
