I have tried to
lose wt on my own for a long time, but I couldnt stay motivated long enough. Fit club has helped me to consistanly lose
wt and stay motivated. Jasons workouts are full of variety and fun. Working out 3 days per week keeps us active.
It helps me to have a supportive group and leader working toward a common goal.

First, as all you
know that are reading this, Jason is inspiring. The feedback that we get while there is very, very positive with a ton
of Atta Boys. The encouragment is always directed at each and every person in the group minute, by minute. Each
person there were of like mindset so it made for a congenial group. Not only were there good words from Jason, but the
support for the gang was always there. The physical and mental aspects of working out is so worth a little sweat.
As for me, Im there for the next 12 weeks coming up. I have a lovely black dress that has been very lonesome without
me.

Since meeting Jason I've lost 172 lbs. I feel like a new person. I recently participated
in the Fit club where I've lost 25 lbs and I met some wonderful people. I worked out with ladies who knew where I came from,
and knew how hard it was. I loved the feeling of not being intimidated while working out. Thanks Jason for this wonderful

I truly enjoyed Fit Club. Somehow,, Jason has the ability to make you WANT to workout!
I hated missing sessions but I knew Jason was just a text away to motivate me to do my workouts at home when I couldn't make
it to the studio. I love the personal attention, focus, and nutritional guidance Jason give to every participant and the motivations
and encouragement the participants give to each other. Im ready to start the new sessions and lose the next 20 lbs.

Crunches, squats, treadmill, elliptical, stair step… if any
of these sound foreign to you, then you might be just the person to start training with the Fit Club. Jason has a motivational
and effective program to help you get in shape and lose those extra pounds in a fun, positive, and sometimes “sweaty”
setting. But… we love to give him a hard time when he pushes us to excel, and we really love his “fun”Fridays,
and “special” workout games. The class participants have formed a close bond with each other, and offer one another
a great deal of personal support also. I lost 30 pounds in the first 12 weeks of the program, and I know I can lose even more
weight in the next 12 weeks. My 60th birthday is in February 2012, and with Jason’s help, I know I will be
able to reach my goal of 75 pounds before then.

Fit Club is a 12 week program designed for individuals to lose a considerable amt of wt. We
meet Monday, Wed, and Friday from 530-630 pm and workout. These workouts consist of cardio, resistance, flexibility,
etc. All designed to burn a lot of fat, and sculpt some lean muscle.
Along with the workouts, each individual will receive a 12 week study guide that deals with nutrition. Topics will
include why we stress eat, how to reprogram, making better choices, etc.
