Atascocita High School: Mon. and Wed. 3:00-4:00
Bear Branch Elementary : Mon. and Thur. 3:30-4:30
One of our trainers will be there to educate
and motivate you to get in shape.
And its so easy, just pack your work out clothes
and bring them to work.
Teachers, Coaches, Aids and School Staff are
