Do I need any special equipment?
No.  Everything that is needed will be provided.
 
Is there a set number of sessions per week I have to attend?
It all depends on what you want and need.  Most clients work with their trainer twice a week.
 
Will I need medical clearance?
At the beginning of the assessment, you will fill out a health questionnaire.  From this information we will determine if a medical clearance is needed.
 
My children play sports, can they really benefit from an at-home program?
Absolutely.  Depending on their needs, we will incorporate  different aspects of training that will help to improve performance but also aid in injury prevention.
 
I only have 1 hour, is this enough?
Yes, our training sessions last one hour, with 50 minutes of exercise followed by a 10 minute partner assisted stretch.

My children are home, is this okay?
Sure it is.  I love kids.  They can sit and watch, or they can even join in.  You do not have to find a babysitter.

If I sign up for  multiple sessions, do I lose them if I miss a week?
No,  after every session you sign off until you get the correct number of sessions.  I understand things happen.  You may have to go out of town, or I may have to.  Sessions only expire after 1 year.
